In case of return or exchange due to customer's convenienceYou can cancel your order by pressing the cancel button on the website.
For unopened products, we will refund or exchange for a product of equal or lesser value, but only if you contact the Instructor within 10 days of receiving the product, and the customer will be responsible to bring the product back to the Dojo. We will accept returns or exchanges for opened products.
We will refund or exchange for a new product. Please speak to the head instructor or contact via email or phone.
Delivery times: Orders are processed on the same day of purchase. All purchase must be picked up at the facility within 7 days. Please notify if additional time is needed.
